Portrait; works on a phone.
The daily leaderboard is optional: it sends only a nickname you choose.
Stack stencils on cloth and dye it deep indigo.
Place a block and every cell it covers goes one shade darker.
Raw → pale → mid → deep indigo, then back to raw again.
Dye the whole board deep indigo to clear the stage. That is the only rule.
■ Moves are shared across the whole run
Not per stage. Where you spend each move is exactly how deep you get.
■ Choose one card between stages
One from each of four kinds — resource, power, stage condition, gamble.
What you take is what your run becomes.
■ Every fifth stage is a Gate
The board grows one size, and the goal is no longer "all deep indigo"
but a pattern — stripes, lattice, checker.
■ Choose who dyes
Five dyers. The apprentice starts with more moves, the blockmaker with
more blocks, the merchant earns more. Same board, different route through it.
■ Bind yourself with ranks
Each difficulty has a ladder of ten. Higher ranks cut your moves and undos
and add stage challenges — and pay more for it. Climbing is your call.
■ A boss waits at the bottom
One of five seals something for that board alone — no hints, no undos,
or a hard cap on moves. Beat one and a new look opens.
■ You decide when to stop
At the end of each layer you either bank what you earned or carry it deeper.
Carrying it raises your coin multiplier, but if you run out of moves,
everything you did not bank is halved. Quit on your own terms and you keep it all.
■ On days you do not want a run
Sixty set puzzles. Solve one and put it down. No cards, no coins —
just the board and the blocks.
■ What is in it
- Boards 3×3 / 4×4 / 5×5 / 6×6 (four difficulties)
- 4,478 boards, every one proven to have the stated shortest solution
- 5 dyers × 4 difficulties × 10 ranks = 200 ways to start
- 24 cards, 12 skills, 23 passives, 9 blocks, 12 stage challenges
- 5 bosses, 10 events, a small stall on the way, 34 goals (and repeating ones)
- 60 set puzzles, from 3×3 to 6×6, graded out of three
- 20 hidden discoveries that are never listed until you find them
- 120 friends to meet, 8 missions, a weekly cloth, and looks to wear
- Today's Cloth — the date decides the run, so everyone plays the same
problem that day, with one twist (no take-backs, no hints, and so on)
- Records per difficulty, and a summary of every run
■ Playing alongside other people (never required)
- Daily, weekly, monthly and all-time boards. Your moves are replayed on
the server and counted again, so **a made-up number never reaches a board**
- See the moves — watch how the top players solved today's problem, one move
at a time (unlocks once you have played today yourself)
- Today's hard spot — the board where the most people stopped yesterday
- Day streak — counts the days you dyed the daily. One rest a month
- Dyeing together — everyone's cleared stages add up over the week
- Move your record to another device with a code
**If you are offline, none of this appears — the game still plays to the end.**
■ Ease of reading
- Shade is never carried by colour alone (each cell shows its count in dots)
- Text scales to 200%
- Blocks and skills can sit left or right (the board never moves)
- Motion can be reduced
■ Promises
- The game itself needs no network. It plays entirely offline
- The optional leaderboard sends only a nickname you choose and your score
- No ads
- No in-app purchases
- No account, no sign-in
- No name, e-mail, device identifier, location or advertising ID
There is no randomness inside a board. The same seed gives the same run.
There is no tool that solves the puzzle for you — only the move you thought about.
